⭐️Central Famous Sourdough Shop🍞~Famous shop yet it’s my first time here coz my friend was too determined to try it out lolz 🤣~🥩Big Boss 💰218HKD👀The steak got covered up by Rockets but was soft and tender + amount was generous👍🏻 Sourdough was super spongy, yet sooo spongy that it soaked up all the sauce making it slightly too wet🤧 However, the texture was indeed sourdough chewiness 👀Appreciate the use of caramelised onion as it adds to the completeness of the dish along with the egg.
