Finally got a day off after the comprehensive working week. The bread is warm, very spongy, dipping some olive oil and it is simply delicious

This scallop is really soft and smooth. It’s so fresh that got a seafood sweet taste in it, with aid of ponzu sauce, a bit sour and got tiny chilly taste which makes the scallop flavor even more distinctive. It is really light and refreshing appetizers.

This meat is served on hot iron pan. The meat is cooked really nice,it remains medium rare when it is served. The steak is roasted outside and remain red inside.

The meat is really tender and juicy! Once I put into my mouth, simply speechless! The meat is so fatty and got all the meaty flavor. Dipping with a bit of sea salt and wasabi, reducing the greasy feeling, but also enhance the taste of beef! Omg! It almost like butter, melts into my mouth! It is so good! Personally don’t like to dip the sauce, because the meat simply speak for itself, only a hint of wasabi would do the job!

Compared to other Star restaurants, I might need to spend more than $880 to get Japanese wagyu Beef lunch, while here I spend $530 which I can get nice quality of wagyu steak in this Michelin Star restaurant. I still think it is good value. Because I experienced buying a dry age angus or Japanese wagyu Beef in sogo or citysuper, which already costs me more than $400 per piece!



I really enjoy the kind hospitality and the delicious meal here. What a wonderful celebration lunch.
