This may perhaps be the best Italian pizza restaurant in town. They have such a rich selection of pizzas that is guaranteed to satisfy even the most picky eater!We went with the Parma pizza and the Holland Spicy. With the Parma being authentically Italian with its fresh slices of parma ham, and the Holland Spicy being a unique fusion of American and Mexican with its use of spices and chillis, the two pizzas were perfect compliments of each other. Both pizzas were extremely delicious in their own ways. The Parma was fresh, original and a classic Italian pizza, while the Holland Spicy was extremely rich in flavours, with all of the toppings going perfectly well together. It's worth noting here that while the menu specifies that the Holland Spicy should be extremely spicy, with so many chillis next to the name, it is in truth, not that spicy at all. I especially loved the dough of the pizzas, in particular the crust, which was both crunchy and soft at the same time, with a strong flour and doughy taste. However, I would prefer if the dough wasn't as soggy, as it was actually quite difficult to lift each slide of pizza up since the dough was actually quite floppy that it couldn't support the toppings on top of it. Regardless, these are still superp pizzas and I would love to go back again!
