Growing in the Canadian cold waters, the shell of Canadian lobsters are harder, making its meat firmer and sweeter. Canadian lobster is also famous for its striking red coloured shell that produces a tasty succulent white meat.
Scarlett is flying this premium lobster from sea to table, and will prepare it in 5 different ways. Starting with appetizer, enjoy a traditional Lobster Vol-au-vent ($198) served with seasonal vegetables, followed by a Lobster Salad ($228) that’s been combines avocado with a lemon dressing. And of course 1⁄2 Lobster ($358) served with mayonnaise and salad, Saffron Lobster Risotto ($398) as mains.
The ribeye had a beautifully charred surface and a lovely pink interior.
The steak was tender enough and had a strong meaty flavour.
Then for sides, we had French fries 🍟 of course, mashed potatoes sautéed mushrooms and asparagus.
