The steak tartare, instead of minced, is cut into small bits. This allowed us to still have a feeling of eating the beef, which was quite springy. It was seasoned minimally allowing us to taste the freshness of the steak tartare. The grilled sourdough bread went well with the steak tartare but it was not as crispy as I wanted it to be.

The skin of the spring chicken was roasted and seasoned to perfection. Despite the roast, the chicken was still juicy and the rosemary was a nice touch. The preferred it without the lemon though you can add it to just one piece to see how you like it.

Another thing famous about this steakhouse is its sundae, which they describe as not suitable for children, due to the alcohol they add to it.

I chose the Hazelnut and Figs. I have to say I didn't taste any alcohol in it. However, it's still a great dessert on its own. The figs were sweet and the hazelnut cream being very rich.

The vanilla ice cream  was also a great surprise. You can see the vanilla seeds in it(Hope you can see it in this picture). You can order a bigger one if you want to share it with others.
