Autumn is the perfect time to take a stroll on the lovely Lamma Island. We came across the Bookworm Cafe at the beginning of our stroll, as it is located on the relatively busy main street on the island. The cafe lives up to its name of Bookworm as it has quite a collection of books of different subjects in it, geography, design, history, philosophy, etc. I do adore the chill vibes here!Since we had dim sum for brunch and were still feeling full, we only got ourselves some drinks. Since we had dim sum for brunch and were still feeling full, we only got ourselves some drinks. This Bookworm Shake I got was awesome! It’s made with banana, soya milk, cacao powder, cashew nuts and honey. When I read it on the menu, I thought it would be a thick and really stuffing shake with the banana and cashew nuts. But to my surprise, it’s actually quite refreshing! And I finished it shortly even though I was quite full. I adore the strong banana flavour. The cacao powder did make the shake a bit chocolaty. I think I would like to try out their food too when I visit Lamma Island next time.
