I have recommended Roganic to many of my friends who’re looking for a decent and more importantly, affordable fine dining experience. We were seated at the bar counter, but instead of chefs preparing the dishes in front of us, there were simply plates of desserts ready to be served. Another thing about this place is that they promote farm-to-table dining, meaning that they use the freshest local ingredients in preparing their food. Take the new territories tomato as an example, the tomato was very juicy and sweet, so simply adding some cheese on it makes it an amazing dish!
The salmon was delicious as well, and it went perfectly good with the broccolini and parsley.

The meatier dishes were small in portion but were good too. The farm pork had the perfect texture so it remained tender even though it was heavily seasoned to give a rich flavour.

Last but not least, we had the signature ’Roganic’ dessert which was a white chocolate mousse pudding. Tasted ok but nothing out of the ordinary.

The details of their tasting menus are as follows:
Lunch
Short menu $680
Full menu $980
Set lunch $280

Dinner
Short menu $680
Full menu $980

Short wine pairing $380
Full wine pairing $680

If you’re looking for a decent place for gathering with a few mates with better food than usual at an affordable price, Roganic is the place to be. But if you’re looking for a true fine dining experience, you might want to consider other places with better environment and service.
