After a long and busy day, as a Malaysian working overseas, I am craving for traditional Malaysian food, so here I am at Mumum Shop, which is quite near to where I live.
In this cool weather, a bowl of hot and spicy soup noodles will warm you up. So, I ordered a bowl of laksa and a side dish. The richness of the soup, the texture of the noodles and the spice that brings out the aroma of this dish make this laksa one of the best dishes in the shop. It is not an extremely spicy soup base, so people who cannot eat spices should give this laksa a try. The side dish, which is the fish cake, is tasty as well
The dining environment is relaxing, and the shop owner is very friendly. Just like Malaysia’s mamak, but with better food and clean dining place. The price is not expensive as well compared to Hong Kong’s dining fee. I just spent around HKD 60 and the food is extremely good, definitely worth it and will recommend friends to come and enjoy.
