Restaurant: Dim Sum Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於Elements 的Dim Sum Library,假日食客絡繹不絕,想一嘗它的美食一定要提早訂座呢。餐廳是新式的點心菜館,裝潢比起一般的酒樓更時尚和更有格調。室內空間頗大,桌與桌之間亦有一定距離。上座先來一壺烏龍茶,茶味香濃,不錯不錯。然後就點了幾款它的特色fusion點心,分別有:黑椒和牛酥、牛至蝦餃和香煎麻辣鱈魚包。黑椒和牛酥非常香脆,酥皮一咬即化,內裡的牛肉餡調味尤其惹味。牛至蝦餃充滿香草的味道,又不會顯得突兀。香煎麻辣鱈魚包的辣度相當少,但餡料滿滿。整體而言,它的每一款點心都出色令人回味。是精緻、有特色,又令人印象深刻的一頓午餐。
