Have heard of this famous dessert from Sushiro for soooo long and we can’t believe that it tasted THAT GOOD! it’s a piece of rectangular dessert It looks like cheesecake The top is brûléed with crispy caramel And the main body is a chilled piece of cake/custard/ ice cream texture Oh my goodness it tasted divine Everyone should try this dessert out if they made it to Sushiro (yes it’s still a long queue and the fad didn’t fade yet) My sister even wanted one extra piece for takeaway!
