We visited Warren before for brunch and since they have a new dinner menu, we wanted to check it out.Their have a 3 and 4 course menu, at 390 and 430 HKD (Starter+soup+main +/dessert)We got there early at around 6:45 and snagged the last free table - do reserve in advance if you want to have dinner here! The manager was super nice and welcomed us warmly. Unfortunately the lighting wasn't good where we were sat so my photos aren't the best. After we ordered, we were given bread with truffle butte

We also ordered a glass of Esmeralda (white wine) each by recommendation, and it's delicious!

First come the starter, I ordered the pan-seared foie gras and it was done perfectly and a great compliment with mango chutney sauce.

Our soups arrive after - both are of top notch quality and nothing like the water downed version I've had in other western restaurant. You can smell the freshness of french onion and I love the cheesy pastry inside.

Then the main came - my sister ordered their signature salmon confit, which is so good that it melts in the mouth! The white wine sauce is a great combination with it and they gave us some salt, too.

The iberico pork shoulder is tender and the mustard sauce really brings out the tenderness and fresh flavour, too.

Finally comes the dessert - even though I was already getting full but it's just too good not to finish.
The creme brulee cheesecake is very unique and really puts together the best of both world:
