I visited Akira Back recently and booked the private dining room – was absolutely blown away by the entire experience—from the moment I stepped into the dramatic entrance to the final bite of sushi.
Food-wise, the tuna pizza is a must-try. Crispy at the bottom and fresh tuna on top, reflecting Chef Akira Back’s blend of Korean roots and Japanese finesse, amazing combination. Then there’s Miso Black Cod, very memorable. I took a very bold and great decision to order the Toro Tartare – very very nice. Signature rolls like Brother from Another Mother is really the hit LOL wow-ed by the name and the quality. Superb!
Definitely many Instagram-worthy moments! Everything is just chef’s kiss.
