Nowadays, good ramen shops always got a long queue outside and people who wanna have a nice ramen should wait for at least 30 minutes, no wonder. Toyko Agura, a shop with only 9 seats, is not an exception.

換個角度看,如果晚市繁忙時段也不用等候的話,那就不用走進去試了。

Menu is simple. They serve only two types of ramen soups, namely 魚介醬油豬骨湯 and 魚介鹽味豬骨湯. You may choose the size of ramen, large ($88) or normal ($78).

The service is so efficient. While we are still waiting outside the shop, the waitress come out and take your order courteously. However, it was a little bit embarrassing when the chef serve our noodle at the moment we just sit down.

The texture of 魚介醬油豬骨湯 is thick, little oily, but it got the right balance among 魚介, 醬油 and the pork bone soup.

On the other hand, 魚介鹽味豬骨湯 comes little bit salty, with less sweetness from 醬油, but in overall, it's still nice,

The texture of noodles is great, I would say it is out of my expectation!

The pork and japanese fishball are relatively disappointing, especially the pork is not soft enough.

基本配料包括叉燒、鳴門卷及紫菜,前者超薄,肥瘦呈五五比,清晰易見,吃起來吃點焦香,但脂香略嫌不足,瘦肉位又不夠鬆化,比較失色。

Egg ($10) ... so far so good, the pork bone soup makes the taste better.

Don't forget to try the pepper oil (green in color) and the spicy oil (red). The taste will become much more complicated and I am sure, you will like it.

To be frank, the ramen itself is excellent but I really mind my ramen comes up at the moment I just sit down. And I have to pay 10% service charge for this dining experience? A little bit harsh in my opinion.
