It's by far Hong Kong's best and most authentic Sichuanese eatery, as evidenced by a fully packed house aevery night over the many years of its existence. Food this good doesn't come cheap, but if you like your Sichuanese genuinely spicy and your ingredients top-notch, then this is the place. Reservations are essential or go shortly before six and agree to wrap things up in an hour. Hint: bus 12A from Admiralty and taxis are pretty much the only options for getting there, unless you don't mind the long hike from Admiralty or Central up through Hong Kong Park.
