Stumbled on Scarlette Cafe while looking for solid French cuisine in TST without the stuffy ambiance of most hotel-dining type in the area. A wide selection of quality French wines starting from HKD 220 per bottle. A rare find in this expensive town called Hong Kong!Raw oysters were great, opened properly with all the juice and no broken shell. Baked camembert with truffle is absolutely fabulous. Lively bar scene on the first floor where were also had our dinner. Definitely a great place to grab
