Heard how good their roast goose was from a friend visiting HK.My first visit was to their other shop also in WanChai which I found so-so, hence, no review.Found out they have another shop between CWB and WanChai so decided to give it another go.The roast goose was so good, absolutely yummy, crispy skin, juicy meat, and most important, without that thick layer of fats beneath the skin like many other shops. Roast pork, no complains, not bad, no wow factor either.
Will be back to try the suckling pig, braised pork belly with fermented veg (heard it's good) next
