入西貢食海鮮都有選擇困難,因太多海鮮食肆。今次就揀全記,因經常入西貢都見佢比較旺埸,加上是米芝蓮餐廳。這晚星期五,去到大約七點左右,天氣比較清涼,門口的位已經座滿,只有面選擇。座低後就去揀海鮮,豐儉由人。自己問價錢,以斤計的。買完後會有個號碼牌給你,埋位後將牌再轉交給餐廳員工。全部海鮮都收加工費的,感覺上都幾貴。其實係全記門口買個加工費應該收平d,外來的就貴d,如果改一改個收費就好啦椒鹽鮮魷和椒鹽豆腐是例牌,鮮魷就普普通通,豆腐就有驚喜,好靚,必試。海鮮不用講必定好味,因為是新鮮加上鑊氣夠。辣酒煮花螺就辣咗d,可能我哋唔多食得辣。佢有火油在底熱住的,所以就覺得仲辣,花螺下面有烏冬的。蒜茸白菜和上湯浸菜,兩款菜都新鮮好味,唯一扣分是太細碟。蛋白炒飯炒得乾爽,最後還有紅豆沙糖水送。另一提是免茶介,免加一的。這餐埋單$2163,七個人食。下次可再叫多一、兩款海鮮
