To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好日都唔去食下添好運,排左陣職員話一個人要搭枱,好啦一次半次算數,一坐落,個位又細又迫,人地三個人嗌多少少野食,個手肘擺過少少我都無哂位,想嗌多d野都唔敢,我理解一個人要搭枱無可避免,但係可唔可以安排個闊少少既位先畀人搭?嗌左個蝦餃同肉餅飯,蝦餃唔覺得好食,個飯又乾又硬,食到一半已經想放棄,但本著要畀92蚊埋單,點都要頂埋佢,我未試過畀差唔多100蚊食野要咁委屈,無得坐得舒舒服服食野,我寧願買個老麥坐係碼頭食好過,最後真係食唔到落去就放棄了,92蚊食d咁既野,不如食快餐好過。
