放工同朋友去了銅鑼灣chill一下,這間日式居酒屋有多款串燒及酒類供應,串燒更有多款平時少有的牛內臟,甚有特色。原來星期六至四,九點後的宵夜時段,指定串燒都是$15,放假可以同朋友出來聚一聚。串燒全部即叫即燒,新鮮熱辣,一定要飲返杯啦!煙肉車厘茄:一咬開車厘茄爆汁,煙肉油脂滲出,肉汁豐富。豆腐:燒至外脆內嫩滑,加上薑蓉及木魚絲,減輕油膩感。牛肋條:燒至表面焦香,牛肋肉多汁且嫩腍。橫隔肌:點了兩款味道,黑芝麻味道濃香,日本芥末則較惹味,橫隔肌肉質相對有些咬口,但每啖都充滿濃郁牛肉汁香。雞軟骨:每件軟骨位都很爽脆,送酒一流。番薯仔:燒至表面香脆,番薯軟糯香甜。
