To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋自遠方來,一行八人到這裡食晚飯。咖喱大頭蝦配法包,個汁先系主角,充滿了大量洋蔥和配菜,配上法包,好食。串燒一打(豬、雞、牛)豬和雞燒得時間啱啱好,至於牛肉今次燒得過左火位,有啲難咬。蒜子胡椒鮮魷,魷魚碎濕濕,炸得又乾,好差,這味餸是我們每次必點的,下次可能要剔除不叫了。大蝦柚子沙律,冇食,但朋友話甜甜酸酸又夠凍,好開胃。燒豬頸肉,片豬頸肉肉汁豐富又彈牙,份量不多,但都好食。菠蘿炒飯、鹹魚炒椰炒苗、泰式炒金邊粉,保持一貫水準。青檸梳打2杯,吾夠甜又吾夠檸。加一罐可樂,埋單$1487/8位,可以啦。
