To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同事建議一起吃午餐,她想吃點心,好久(>18個月)未來Dim Sum Library,現在不怎麼要等位,可以吃吃!提前電話訂座,安排了沙發的座位,3人點了:#烏龍茶#黑松露蝦餃#海膽蟹肉春卷,這個是最愛!每次必點!#紅菜頭野菌餃,這個第一次點,3人都喜歡!#花枝響鈴炸両腸粉,這個也是第一次點,我覺得好好味!但同事們不怎麼欣賞!#石燒大澳蝦醬唐生菜,這個量很少,性價比好低!服務比一般中式茶樓好!吃創意多於味道的店,如果你喜歡新鮮感,可以來試試!
