英國朋友返咗嚟香港,今日帶佢去食香港人好流行嘅中西fusion菜。餐廳背向銅鑼灣,面向跑馬地,天色好嘅時候景觀一覽無遺😍. 餐廳其實類似🍸酒吧形式,但係亦都有供應套餐或者單點食物;難得同朋友食飯,我哋決定嗌套餐,除咗唔使自己諗,仲可以食到唔同嘅特色美食。. 櫻花蝦避風塘茄子老實講避風塘茄子喺某啲西餐廳都有供應,,當然之前食過嘅會偏向比較油膩,呢度做到係外脆內軟,但係食落口唔會成口油;🍆茄子喺炸之前應該經過調配,令到茄子唔會氧化,亦都唔會感覺吸咗好多油。. 花膠螺頭片波士頓龍蝦湯極度fusion嘅湯,飲落去好濃郁,帶點🦞龍蝦膏甘香味,證明到佢真材實料!相反,花膠同螺頭味道唔算好出,但係落咗呢兩樣配料,令到成個湯膠質增加,口感濃厚😋. 牛油果川味辣子雞仿效咗中餐廳嘅鳥巢做法,改用咗炸春捲皮做一個容器,就咁睇其實見到好多辣椒,但係只要唔咬到佢嘅辣椒仔就唔會好辣。🐔辣子雞唔會炸到乾巴巴,微微辣嘅辣子雞間唔中食到一兩粒牛油果,感覺突然間變得清新,減低油膩感。估唔到牛油果都可以咁樣入饌👍. 日本青芥末生菜盞望落去就知係模仿生菜包,賣相普通但係食落去相當有驚喜!蛋白質可以選豬牛雞或海鮮,我哋揀咗海鮮

望落去就知係模仿生菜包,賣相普通但係食落去相當有驚喜!蛋白質可以選豬牛雞或海鮮,我哋揀咗海鮮。生菜相當清爽,海鮮亦都好彈牙,尤其佢個🦐蝦,醬汁唔多但係入味非常,簡單健康。

外型已經相當吸睛,贏盡掌聲👏切開鹹水角發現佢外皮如法式牛角酥,有七七四十九層般嘅摺疊😎內藏嘅黑毛豬脂肪比例均一,香濃唔騷;唔同嘅顏色亦都相當有特色,感覺好優雅❤️

食完唔同種類唔同味道嘅菜式,最後嘅甜品值得讚賞。味道一啲都唔濃,但係帶出淡淡嘅烏梅同山楂味道,清一清口中復雜味道,為呢一餐晚飯作一個非常完美嘅完結☺️
