食物質素一向都屬中上。今次有叫炒飯、叉燒、點心。
牛油果炒飯即炒,好食。點心都係熱辣辣上檯,菠菜餃最好食。而叉燒比較失色,其一失敗之處係淋左個汁上面,唔識形容乜味,怪怪地,其實可以唔落汁。而質感就未做到外面乾身有蜜糖甜甜地嘅質感。咬落去係似麵筋質地。
在場比較多長輩、上年紀的顧客,似乎呢度係上一輩喜歡飲茶的地方。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
