晚上關西壽喜燒套餐前菜有帶子刺身沙律,入口一啖知味道,一粒帶子加店舖特色醬料,帶出鮮味。煎和牛餃子,用和牛做餃子,好意外。煎A5和牛粒有和牛做前菜太正了。野菜拼盤師父會將野菜分別同肉類煎烤,做法加特製醬料,配搭合宜,細心講解。牛肉還配日本產雞蛋,和米飯一齊炒添。日本A5和牛牛肩胛芯牛肩胛芯,脂肪少,牛肉味濃。三筋阪腱牛肉比較淋,加自家製嘅醬料口感偏甜,配蔬菜一齊煮好啱。美國肩胛心肉質纖維比較多,有的口感。澳洲牛板腱好鮮嫩滑,肉味濃,入口不油膩。最高級豚肉同野菜齊煮,味道更提正,豚肉加醬料好出色。雜炊飯材料有菜和米飯,食第二碗米飯,只食小許,襯熱進食,香甜入口飯軟綿綿。白桃烏龍茶 一壺茶,味香白桃味烏龍茶 ,可冲兩泡,好香濃。甜品芝麻雪糕濃濃芝麻香味又滑溜溜。今次食關西,下次嚟關東喇。
