十月有好幾位朋友生日,所以每年十月都會飯聚,今年朋友仔揀咗鼎會館,因為呢個月做緊週年優惠,6位嘅順德宴大約係8折,一於趁特價嚟試試佢啦。由電梯出來有若走進民初街,牆上有古式窗框又有屋簷,店內裝潢更加係古色古香,近天花位置有屋簷裝飾,兩邊又有似廂房嘅坐位,中間就係四合院嘅庭院,感覺優雅秀氣心境舒坦。綉花餐碟墊好精緻順德宴有八道菜+兩甜品第一道菜係 鮮香焗龍蝦,龍蝦擺盤精緻,以木盤襯托出生猛形態,無多餘嘅芡汁,賣相已經好吸引。龍蝦經泡油收縮,蝦肉爽身彈牙,味道鮮甜,好正。第二道菜係均安蒸豬+脆煎魚餅,放响別緻嘅盛器上,經精心配置先係視覺享受。早前响順德也曾一嚐均安蒸豬,據說呢個菜好花功夫,先至可以令腩肉爽而不膩,食落肉味鮮香,肉汁豐盈。脆煎魚餅外表沾滿小片春卷皮,口感香脆,魚味濃郁,乾身唔油。第三道菜係鼎級拆魚羹燴魚翅,精緻嘅套盅下面有保溫嘅小火。叫得鼎級就唔係普通嘢,魚羹係由星斑拆肉而來果然頂級矜貴,羹湯就由鮮魚熬製,鮮甜濃厚,配搭魚翅、木耳、香芹、紅蘿蔔,香鮮味美,正!跟住係北滘鹽燒鮮鮑魚金黃色鮑魚外形似葵花蕊,外層鹽酥肉質軟彈鮮味,美觀又美味,有心思。然後到花金鼓兩食 (應該叫三食至
