To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日公眾假期同媽媽去試咗南海1號嘅點心放題平日$168 假日 $188去到都好多人等一陣先有位點心選擇唔算好多大概有10幾款另外小菜同埋粉面飯都有10幾種點心方面豉油王炒腸粉同埋南瓜西米露有驚喜腸粉好入味同埋好滑 西米露啲南瓜蓉好足料話梅石榴媽媽話好食酸酸地幾開胃結果每樣嘢食都食咗一次之後就飽飽地食埋甜品就啱啱好買單時候發現茶位要$25一位另外前菜收$28一碟 計晒所有嘢連埋+1就要差唔多$250一位不過環境唔錯有無敵海景 都會推介朋友嚟試吓
