寫過殷悅的食評好幾次,本來不想再寫,不過是次與兩位相熟食友食友前來午膳,又是值得紀念。記得Yan曾經講過喜歡吃點心多於小菜,也說過想來這裡試試。本人一直認為殷悅的點心對辦,尤以焗類做法更為出色。因此,小弟大膽建議在這裡開餐。龍哥有事來遲,我和Yan先叫部分點心邊吃邊等。兩人都是甜魔分子,就先吃甜點,當然還苛打了我認為好吃的焗類點心。藍莓叉燒酥,聽起來有點怪,吃落便知兩者是異常的合拍。酥皮焗得香口、鬆化,餡料熱辣辣,蜜味叉燒可口,上面是塗上鮮藍莓和藍莓醬,好吃;另一出色點心是焗芝士三文魚撻,撻皮酥脆,焗起得三文魚和芝士都是香口非常,還有粒粒的彈牙蟹籽,口感更為豐富。所以我說,芝士三文魚撻是必食的。菠蘿飽系統的點心,似乎是現代新派酒樓酒店必備的菜色,不過太多是做成菠蘿叉燒酥或是甜點,菠蘿雞粒餐包,則屬罕見。新鮮焗起的餐包,味道也不會太差,但與雞粒的配合,又一些怪。還是夾叉燒酥會好一點。每次來必吃的,還有這個脆炸龍皇鬚,即魷魚鬚。粉漿不過厚,外層香脆可口,火喉控制恰到好處,魷魚彈牙味鮮,不過韌,我吃完一條又一條。後來返叮給龍哥吃,雖不及新鮮炸出來,卻仍不失美味。兩款甜品分別是楊枝甘露和香芒奶

兩款甜品分別是楊枝甘露和香芒奶皮卷,前者集冰凍、酸甜醒胃於一身,而且材料足,是我的心頭好;後者是滑溜的奶皮包著芒果布甸,同樣是清新。

奇怪的我們,把甜品掃光,又到咸點時間。未敢挑戰露筍鮮蝦餃,但看賣相是挺豐滿吸引的,兩位的評語也比較正面,說幾有鮮味。

最後就是雞扎,主角雞肉是嫩滑,冬菇也不錯,只是叉燒和炸肚差一點點。再者,這裡是用淮山包裹著餡料,是爽口,不過我還是喜歡吃腐皮,始終腐皮吸收了汁水精華,會更入味。

老豆是這酒店的會員,有折扣。折扣方式是這樣的:兩人五折,三人行六五折,四人或以上則只有八折。又是有點怪怪的。
