To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這是位於金鐘Pacific Place的Dim Sum Library, 一直被它的名字吸引着,但沒有機會去品嚐。適逢staycation 完畢, 但下午又要工作,中間有一小時左右空檔,便決定到此一遊來用餐😊。第一份到達的點心是黑椒和牛酥。一咬落去,不是被內裏的啖啖肥美和牛吸引着,而是慨嘆外面的酥皮做得如此鬆脆可口!即刻加分!可能係鍾意食香口東西,所以如此欣賞,另一半反應冇我咁大😅。他都覺得好食,但無我咁鍾意💕。帶着這麼高的期望,第二份點心來到:黑蒜燒賣。粒黑蒜甜甜地,都幾好味,不過因剛剛經歷過和牛酥的震撼之後,有些少比下去的感覺😅。其實蝦的肉質夠爽,是中上的燒賣😃。試埋個黑松露蝦餃,肉質是爽口的,亦有黑松露的香,但比起和牛酥,便變得普通起來。總括來說,食物品質中上。環境舒適,裝修很特別,望落去似西式餐廳,但卻是serve中點。枱夠寬闊,坐得舒服、吃得舒服。
