To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐食牛奶冰室要睇彩數,9點前通常即時入座,一到9點就好多人,都幾鐘意佢個炒蛋,經手機apps 點了以下食物:黑松露滑蛋三文治:落單時會問要2塊/3塊多士,最終揀左3塊多士。上枱時好濃黑松露味,一大舊有3層全烘底 + 熱辣辣炒蛋,夾住一齊食一啖啖咬落去,口感都好正,仲飽過食麵,其他口味多士冇咩興趣,只鐘情黑松露蛋。 餐飲:凍杏霜(走甜、小冰) 飲起來暖最地幾好,同埋走甜都幾好飲。服務員上餐速度快,有禮貌,但都好快跟返足,讚讚讚!!!
