To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前食過其他自助餐，包括the market、帝京等……都想搵啲性價比高既餐廳。見黎間餐廳食評一路唔錯。就同阿媽阿爸黎食。餐廳將啲食物分咗區。睇落個場都大。咁啲人分散啲唔會迫埋一堆攞野。不過，食完黎餐，無咩特別都唔會再無幫襯，因為佢都無咩特別。而且佢啲食物係多。但係唔係好食。只有海鮮係比較新鮮啲。所以吸引好多人黎食。每枱每人都幾碟冷盤。但係熱食佢就麻麻。個肉骨茶豬手無味。個烤牛肉太"Un" 。啲燒烤串燒都普通啦。咖喱唔好食。未見過啲naan咁似街買pre pack個啲。燒味都普通。7點特別推出既片皮鴨就更加唔好食。8點推出既醉蝦無味。甜品區都好麻麻。無咩好食。係有movenpick 雪糕任食囉。不過啲味唔岩。可能因為多人，佢refill比較慢。日式小食無哂都無人refill. 食過咁多間。的確好難搵到啲all round 既。但今次的確失望。

不過，食完黎餐，無咩特別都唔會再無幫襯，因為佢都無咩特別。而且佢啲食物係多。但係唔係好食。只有海鮮係比較新鮮啲。所以吸引好多人黎食。每枱每人都幾碟冷盤。

但係熱食佢就麻麻。個肉骨茶豬手無味。個烤牛肉太"Un" 。啲燒烤串燒都普通啦。咖喱唔好食。未見過啲naan咁似街買pre pack個啲。燒味都普通。7點特別推出既片皮鴨就更加唔好食。8點推出既醉蝦無味。甜品區都好麻麻。無咩好食。係有movenpick 雪糕任食囉。不過啲味唔岩。
