To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友話公司冇咩野做專登走出黎搵我食lunch, 見好耐冇食米線就帶左佢去牛頭角道雲桂香。無論香港引入左幾多間米線鋪，都冇一間取代到佢。次次lunch hr 去都人頭湧湧，好彩今日唔洗等位，今次叫左個魚腐小鍋酸辣（中辣）米線，朋友就叫左豬紅腩肉重慶酸辣粉。個人覺得佢嘅辣度比另一間連鎖店辣，朋友叫小辣都覺得辣，出晒汗🤣講返米線佢地選用幼身，煮得好彈牙，薯粉就煙煙韌韌。最後提一提大家雲桂香米線轉水間粉，薯粉都唔洗加錢架🥺
