翻開餐牌,印刷頗精美,裡面有唔少食物嘅相片做參考,雖然唔喺款款食物都圖文並茂,但重點款式都有得參考。之前介紹過鹹點,另一邊就仲有飲品:啡茶、奶類、梳打、沙冰、汽水、果汁。初時以為啲鹹點喺散叫,原來已經自助成為套餐,包基本熱飲一杯,轉凍飲或特飲先要加錢,邊啲喺特飲?飲品餐牌已註明「特飲」二字,一目了然。

黑松露蘑菇意粉 $50

前個星期晌「2DP」同樣食咗個「黑松露雜菌闊條蛋麵」,明顯呢度就性格比高好多,大碟又餸料多,仲附送飲品。雖然只喺得蘑菇,但睇得出唔喺罐頭貨,因為罐頭貨啲蘑菇都喺細片啲,足見誠意所在,而且,堅多黑松露,上枱已散發出陣陣幽香,唯一喺啲意粉有些微過籠,未算腍,但未做到好咬口啫。

黑胡椒肉丸薄餅 $47

薄餅又喺可以睇出一間店做菜嘅水準,呢度嘅薄餅喺做成7x7吋方形,可以講喺一人份量。大大粒肉丸放上面,仲鋪滿芝士,入口又極有黑椒香,配合埋軟綿嘅芝士,非常惹味;批底屬薄身型,如果再脆多啲就一流喇。

芝士煙火腿牛角配蟹柳沙律 $42

無諗過糖水鋪賣埋牛角包,真喺大膽搏一搏試試。件牛角酥嘅呎吋都幾大隻吓,外層非常酥脆,不過牛油香味就稍為有啲弱;內裡夾住芝士、煙火腿、蕃茄及生菜,因為做法偏向凍食,食味只覺得一般,個人覺得,如烘番熱作為熱食,效果感覺仲好。

榴槤一向喺小眾嘅喜好,但難得同行嘅朋友都好此道,點都要叫一客榴槤甜品,眾多款式就揀佢哋嘅人氣推介「榴槤班戟」。個皮做得平滑、好薄好軟,咬一小片慢慢㗳,確喺有斑蘭嘅清香味,而內裡忌廉打得軟滑,榴槤果肉綿綿柔滑,味道濃郁,真喺好食
。雪糕球喺曲奇口味(仲有芒果、綠茶、朱古力口味,無要求嘅就以曲奇做基本設定),再灑啲脆脆米,喺最佳配角。我成日有個奇想,依一類嘅班戟可唔可以增值有得揀多忌廉,少忌廉呢?因為,真喺識唔少朋友鍾意食依類班戟,卻喺怕忌廉太多太肥而唔敢叫。

豆腐花芒果金露 $36

因為實在太多款式,花多眼亂,所以,揀另一款甜品時都喺搵啲人氣之選就算。依一款喺集豆腐花、芒果、西米、芒果汁於一身嘅芒果金露,大家都覺得啱心水,豆花都頗滑,但豆味就有少少被芒果味冚過,而啲芒果果肉挺清甜,西米爽口。

上文講到行針山,上到針山頂,再望番落成個城門水塘,感覺好唔一樣,所以,分享少少相片。此外,一邊喺荃灣市景,另一喺大圍、沙田景致,唯可惜天濛濛,景色欠光彩及未夠細緻。
