To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💪🏻 鮮鯇魚腩魚湯米線 ($58)呢間小店嘅魚湯係做得好鮮甜，魚湯係奶白色，魚鮮味十足，飲落好舒服☺️ 而且飲完係唔會覺得口渴，無味精魚湯😋 鯇魚腩都好大舊，肉質柔滑，有魚油香😛 整體都好配合！💪🏻 醉雞魚湯醉鮮麵 ($56)醉雞嘅花雕酒突出，亦有微微藥材香味😚！雞肉亦都浸得好入味，如果雞肉更滑就仲正！ 而醉鮮麵係類似瀨粉，不過再幼身啲嘅麵。💪🏻 香煎咸魚肉餅 ($35)煎咸香肉餅咸香味十足，而且煎得外皮好煎身🤤 味道亦都唔會太咸，就咁食都覺得好正😋 💪🏻 醉鮮撈起 ($24)撈起主要有海藻絲，萵筍絲等等，食落好清新！而且亦用咁特製醬汁去制作，味道幾特別😆 少少似中華沙律，但又唔太同。💪🏻 鮑汁生菜 ($24)味道：8.5/10性價比：7/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻💪🏻/5
