Restaurant: The Jungle

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境充滿小森林氛圍,加上霓虹燈的燈光,很適合小酌一番。他們特調的飲品也很有創意特色,配搭食物既解膩又涼爽,夏天來一杯,冇得彈。Momo是我最推薦的,可能個人喜歡餃子,加上尼泊爾那邊的辣醬,絕配。下次來的時候,要試試蒸餃煎餃各一半,滿足兩個口感。炸球可能吃不慣的人會覺得有少少奇怪,但如果想嘗試每個國家不同的菜式,個人還是推薦的,有新鮮感而且很適合打卡。但那個烤豬肉真的要考慮好,可能廚師當天失準了,有點失望。。查搭馬里顛覆了作為pizza的認知,它如果不當作pizza已是當作中式茶樓的”薄撐”會更容易接受,熱氣騰騰還是好吃的。
