難得假期去囍帖街行完街,就嚟咗呢間有熟成牛扒同生蠔嘅西餐廳食飯,每次搭lift一出來見到佢哋玻璃櫃入邊嘅牛,都會情不自禁貼上去睇。今次適逢紀念日,於是我哋比平時叫多咗嘢食。

餐廳話今次嘅生蠔都唔錯,於是我哋就叫咗法國嘅Fine de Claire & Speciale Daniel Sorlut, 法國生蠔普遍海鮮味都比較重,芬迪加係好多地方都會見到,佢嘅肉色帶淺色,肥度適中。食落去初頭鹹鹹地,之後咬落個質地就會帶甜而且彈性爽口。至於另一隻,就比較少見到,同樣肉質彈牙又有海水味,香甜而且有礦物味,法國嘅生蠔一直都係我首選,不過出面價錢略貴。所以係呢間餐廳食到新鮮又好味嘅法國蠔,仲有人開埋Serve 埋,呢個價錢其實抵玩。

我哋嘅第二主打,美國熟成牛,喺呢度全部都有製作日期,一啲都唔馬虎,餐廳認真對待每塊牛肉,所以出嚟嘅肉質同埋味道先至會咁好,黑蒜蛋黃醬配上微微焦香,真係要慢慢咀嚼細細品嚐。

今次我哋仲叫咗兩款海鮮,最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅炒蜆,炒蜆嘅奶油汁,餐廳推介我地點左一個蒜蓉包,佢哋呢個炒蜆嘅醬汁真係非常好食,我哋食到舔舔脷,用麵包將所有嘅醬汁吃哂。而且蜆肉10分鮮嫩,炒得啱啱好。

我哋重點左半隻龍蝦,同埋加蝦,蝦肉實淨鮮嫩,龍蝦亦都保留左鮮味,好新鮮。正當我奇怪餐廳大部份食品都係焗製,原來佢哋有個嘅特別焗爐,用特別嘅原理可以保留所有食材嘅鮮味,而且將食物嘅味道發揮出高水準。怪不得所有食物一啲都唔覺得乾身,而且食物本身嘅味道仲更加強烈表達咗出嚟。

我哋仲點左一啲蔬菜類,有炒雜菜及薯仔,菜炒得好夠火喉,所以咬落去好Juicy 咋,青菜沙律酸酸地,可以幫助消化,完結我哋美好嘅一餐。
