今日嚟到大角咀舊區呢頭好搶眼嘅歐陸建築呢度嘅彩翠軒海鮮酒家,都有返幾年歷史咁,次次嚟呢度食飯都覺得呢間平靚正,今次都唔例外,而且竟然仲有少少驚喜俾我,就喺呢度推出左同sake做pairing嘅菜單,菜單上應該都係呢一間海鮮酒家嘅招牌,分別係豉油王海蝦、西泠芝麻蝦、以及涼瓜炆頭腩。我自己就對豉油王海蝦情有獨鍾,而且今次仲配左一杯sake,相當有趣,先講豉油王海蝦,海蝦份量唔少, $100左右真係好抵食,食每一隻蝦都要大大力啜曬佢面頭嘅汁先捨得剝殼,而配呢一杯若葉純米原酒幾醇厚帶點清爽。我自己對佢呢一種配搭10分支持,轉變一下亦不妨一個唔錯嘅決定,下次一定試吓去其他配搭,重點係價錢唔貴😂
