M5 Wagyu牛外脆內軟,牛味濃郁,亦帶有炭燒味,由於在熟成過程中,內層水分融入肌肉纖維中,所以油花分佈更集中,好美味呀!
建議牛扒order medium or medium rare , 太熟只會令肉質過乾。
配菜有紅黃椒,青瓜,芝士,車厘茄,還有香滑綿密的黃金牛油薯蓉, 十分令人驚喜!

Lobster Tail Linguine $198~ 材料有龍蝦,黃紅椒
牛肝菌,龍蝦汁以原隻龍蝦 ,連殼加入蔬菜及茴香打成汁液,所以醬汁有好濃郁的龍蝦味和很creamy, 非常順滑鮮味!
牛肝菌有好濃菇味,好滑好美味!
