To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch buffet 屋企人一齊去食，418一個人，Hsbc credit card 有9折。好多種類，見open rice 有其他人推介龍躉，所以食左好多，果然係好新鮮。花膠都係必食沙律有好多揀，多到食唔晒。三文魚有刁草三文魚，幾特別。芝士都有5種，可以自己切，車打芝士等海鮮區有蟹，凍蝦，大家必食，都好新鮮。北京填鴨，可以略細舊左啲，所以要排多兩次隊貴妃豬，香草煎魚柳都好好味，好新鮮刺身有三文魚，帆立貝，吞拿魚，好大舊生果區有橙，原隻蘋果，香蕉等甜品都算多選擇，細細舊，可以全部試晒，但唔濟最特別係新鮮整嘅綠茶蛋卷。可以再encore
