昨晚友人同我慶祝生日🎂,所以去左間精美日式既鐵板燒食番個日式dinner! 店員好窩心咁安排左個座位比我地坐,我地叫左個鱈場蟹鐵板燒2人前,之後師傅係我地面前拎左我地今晚新鮮既材料比我地影下相打下卡先🤣🤣,首先店員送上前菜比我地,好新鮮既沙律🥗菜加埋些wasabi汁,酸酸辣辣咁好開胃!之後大廚開始展示佢既刀工,將魚皮輕輕慢慢咁切開,再將魚皮壓扁及慢慢咁燒一燒下佢!之前大廚已經準備好d 醬汁加洋蔥,把鱈魚煎到好甘香!大廚好細心咁將鱈魚🐟擺放得好精美係碟上,擺盤都係一門學問!👍👍👍 鱈魚索左d 醬汁加洋蔥超香甜,魚肉好嫩滑!魚皮更加煎得好甘香同脆口!之後就到清酒🍶焗鱈場蟹,大廚將蟹煎一煎,再用清酒焗一焗d 蟹肉,味道更加鮮美,伴碟更有大蟹籽同海草,最終都係要用手慢慢地品嚐!😋 大廚等待我們差不多吃完就預備好下一碟菜色,用錫紙把白色露荀再加奶湯,個奶湯好鮮甜,而個露荀更加鮮更加爽甜!到今晚既亮點熊本A5和王牛,雪花❄️分佈平均,大廚建議我地叫5成熟,大廚稍微將和王牛2邊煎一煎,之後用心咁放係碟上,肉質超嫩滑,入口即溶既感覺!再加上即磨wasabi再點d 柚子醬汁食別有一番滋味!食完和牛亮上個清
