Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

All in all 簡評:1 小店性價比高,而且大廚用心煮。 9/102 店內人情味濃,吃的是食物和人情味。8/103 鵝肝牛柳粒炒飯,必點,不會後悔。10/10————————————————————一直以來,自己總以為,要食一些高質素的日本料理,都要在商場來吃。然而,今天去了這一家料理店,在屋村的對面,價格平民化,而且很高質素。大廚是老闆來的。-我們一行兩個人,吃的份量不會太多,所以就選擇叫了刺身、一些小食,同埋一個飯。-刺身我選了一份蟹膏帶子,$65,帶子清甜,爽滑,配上份量適中的蟹膏,海水味重、配上脆口的蟹籽,好好食。--之後叫了一份餃子🥟,$28,四隻,煎得香脆,配埋餃子汁一齊食,就好正。單骨雞翼,配上沙律醬,一口過,用來作送酒菜是一流的。最後是重點介紹這一個石鍋飯———鵝肝牛柳粒炒飯,$72,必點。這一個炒飯,飯底是用鵝肝炒的,另外配上煎得香脆的鵝肝,和好好食的牛柳粒,加上醬油炒飯時,你會感受到飯跟醬油是融合在一起的,而不是分離的,這更加顯示出大廚的功架。下次來吃,一定會試埋這一個鵝肝多士。
