前菜潮藝四小品份量都唔少!串茄核桃沙律、酒香凍鮑魚 、潮式炸粿肉同金磚豆腐,食完都飽咗三成🤣


翡翠蟹肉羹,菠菜碎做底配蟹肉絲,仲配有粒肉餃仔。


招牌滷水拼盤,有獅頭鵝、鵝腸同豆腐,滷得好入味😋好鍾意鵝腸咁爽口


油絲縱炒蝦球🦐以為係唔鍾意食嗰啲三色豆,但食落似係豆芽,唔會粉粉既感覺👍🏻蝦新鮮彈牙!


碧綠川椒雞🐔川椒汁好香好惹味好掛雞肉,雞肉本身鮮嫩,配埋紫菜多一重口感更豐富。


鮮蟲草花濃湯菜苗🥬淨係見到湯底個色就知有幾足料,好濃郁,配埋鮮嫩嘅菜,清碟無難度😋


潮式炒麵線🥢麵線爽身唔會一pat pat,配咗芽菜韭菜洋蔥食落多咗層次。


甜品特色西瓜凍🍉一拎出嚟嘩左聲🤣因為真係好似西瓜,初頭以為係雪葩嘅口感,不過食落係啫喱+糕既口感。
