為咗慶祝8周年紀念,今晚去咗食間高檔餐廳,間野喺sheraton入面,因為遲咗book嘅關係book唔到窗口位,下次黎一定要坐返,起碼食個景都翻返嚟啦。高級餐廳真係高級餐廳,每一圍都有一個負責嘅同事會serve 你,對於平民食家成晚被關懷備至的確有啲壓力。頭盤我哋嗌左個龍蝦湯再加個洋蔥湯,龍蝦湯完全覺得用好多蝦頭蝦殼淆制出嚟,味道好濃,加埋仲有少少酒味添。至於洋蔥湯呢就冇乜大特別啦。再俾咗個洋蔥包我哋,外脆內面內暖,但兩個人真係冇辦法食得晒食得晒。main course我哋叫咗個grill salmon,呢個相比牛扒就真係失左色了,三文魚冇乜魚香,但個sauce同啲配料都好好味。prime new york medallion 就唔同啦,切開啲牛香漂晒出嚟,肉質嫩滑,我哋叫咗五成熟,師傅掌握得恰到好處,一試難忘。整體來講,性價比麻麻地,係食佢個環境同氣氛。
