To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到深水埗,約了影友聚會,影友在良記(老鳳)餐廳。走了進去,原以為只是普通的茶餐廳,誰知裝修很有本地特色。四周的裝修以老香港為主,有著六七十年代的舊信箱,六七十年代的廣告標貼,就連餐牌都是六七十年代的信封作封面。仍然有當晚的晚餐,張貼出來,並註明價錢。因並不太餓,要了當晚的A餐:北寄貝碎蛋沙律厚多士伴板燒雞腿($48),並轉飲此茶餐廳之一的波波奶茶(+$12)。店員先送上一碗熱熱的例湯,影友說不論要什麼套餐也會送贈。例湯飲過後,店員剛好送上晚餐及飲品。這份北寄貝碎蛋沙律厚多士伴板燒雞腿晚餐,原以為份量很少,誰知卻很豐富。厚厚的多士,底部塗滿牛油,上面滿滿的是碎蛋沙律,中間是北寄貝及蟹子,還有份量十足的雞腿肉兩塊。牛油令多士很香口,碎蛋沙律及北寄貝很有口感,味道如此之配合,想不到三種味道是如此配合,真是越簡單,越是難做。板燒雞腿入口很香,味道很濃卻並不鹹,板燒汁越食越覺濃,很配合啖啖都是肉的雞腿。吃過這份晚餐,再品嚐波波奶茶。波波奶茶是以奶茶本身一個球形的冰,吃過晚餐已隔了一段時間,可是卻熔了不多,假使熔化了也不影響奶茶本身的味道,波波冰本身也可以當沙冰咬,此波波冰真是一絶。想不到在茶餐
