黎到呢度到就知一定要叫黑椒薯仔牛仔粒。薯仔有層蜜糖係面,甜得黎舊薯仔又炸過,好香脆,外脆內軟,牛柳粒相比之下就失色左,雖然都煮得幾腍又入哂黑椒味。呢碟野絕對唔係浪得虛名 隻雞唔係肥仔,唔會好肥好溜。雞皮薄得黎又炸到脆脆地,咬落啲雞汁咇哂出黎,高質。 因為之前已經食過薯仔,所以唔會覺得好特別,當然係好好食喇。但令我驚喜既反而係碟通菜,無諗過佢咁爽口,我係咁夾呢碟菜,仲要勁大碟大驚喜! 作為鮮魷愛好者,呢個鮮魷係尊貴級既level。鮮魷夠新鮮,爽口彈牙,又唔會炸過頭,炸到岩岩好,勁香口,又係會係咁食既一碟餸。 相較之下碟拼盤就有啲失色,但水準仍比一般好,亮點係啲腎,超!級!爽!口! 真心覺得比起肥姐啲腎仲爽。 一個字,鮮。 一望都知呢個係炸得好勁,好食但太熱氣,第二日喉嚨痛。粒粒蠔都有返咁上下大,又夠鮮,但下次會轉試桶蠔。 講明先,呢間絕對唔係食環境/服務,好岩一班佬黎邊食邊飲啤酒🍻但食物的話,可以話整體都好高水準,絕對值得食
