同朋友慶祝生日,平時食嚟食去都係差不多菜式,今次揀左間食烏克蘭菜嘅,加上之前睇過介紹,更加想試一試。一入餐廳已經覺得裝飾佈置好東歐😆,有其特色,非常適合影相。正宗烏克蘭羅宋湯一睇就知同平時飲開嘅唔一樣,紅卜卜嘅,因為落咗紅菜頭。上面配埋sour cream, 感覺好新鮮,同平時飲開嘅羅宋湯好唔一樣,味道唔錯有驚喜。海鮮蘑菇卷炸漿/粉唔會好厚,入面餡料十足,食起上嚟亦冇油膩感覺,唔錯。基輔炸雞扒呢度嘅名菜之一,雞扒入面包住芝士,同蘑菇卷一樣,炸漿/粉感覺剛好,雞好滑,唯獨有啲可惜係芝士冇流心效果,呢樣略嫌失望咗。地道香燒豬肋骨上枱時會係你面前再點火燒一燒,有得食有得睇😆 豬肋骨整得好林,但我覺得如果調味可以淡返些少就完美,稍為覺得鹹咗啲。由於同平時食開嘅西餐真係有分別,個人認為值得一試!

正宗烏克蘭羅宋湯
