To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港食上海菜，夜上海可以說是我的第一選擇。地方好服務好食完優質。中午來到，今次點些點心。小籠包是必食，肉汁勁，好食到相都唔記得影，好彩仲有一隻。還有鍋貼，其實也是不錯的，但比小籠包比下去，下次試埋生煎包。蔥油餅不過不失。中午還有些廣東點心，點了近期好熱門的脆皮腸粉，其實是腸粉包蝦膠再包油條，脆脆的好好食。楊州炒飯顯出廚師功力，不油膩，飯粒粒分明。不能漏了推介飲品，餐廳提供豆漿，庶汁，薏米水，聽聞是自家製，味道好好，值得試試。
