三角錐體嘅咖喱角喺常見嘅印度小食,通常都喺包住薯仔、蔬菜、青豆之類,唔似我哋港式咁包吓肉。咖哩角炸得香脆唔油膩,咖喱嘅香味嚟得含蓄,惹味少少,可以沾一點薄荷乳酪醬,味道更清爽。

香燒雞

即喺天多尼烤雞,印度菜常見嘅燒烤菜式,取雞脾位,以多種香料、乳酪醃製,夠晒入味之餘,肉質又嫩,加上火候控制好,外層帶點焦香;並已經一開二,方便二人分享,記得有朋友打趣咁講,天多尼烤雞就好似我哋斬料咁家常嘅菜式。

瑪莎拉羊

記得有位食友講過,瑪沙拉喺混合多種具芳香性嘅香辛料所做,喺印度料理嘅萬能香料,用咗瑪沙拉煮出嚟嘅羊肉,會變得香而不羶,加上少少辛辣,刺激惹味;而啲羊肉煮得好夠腍,果真羶味唔重(其實,小弟喺食得羶嘅),至於個汁底稀杰度啱啱好,香味有層次,無論撈飯,抑或搵烤餅蘸,同樣咁正

什菜咖喱

咖喱內主要都喺啲椰菜花、什菜之類,個咖喱無瑪莎拉咁香,但同樣幾濃郁,而辛辣度不惶多讓,以烤餅伴住嚟食就最好不過。

瑪莎拉羊及什菜咖喱嘅汁底確實好味,撈埋個印度炒飯都仲有剩,一於追加多一客烤餅點盡佢。烤餅嘅味道有好多選擇,如千層餅麵包、乾果椰子烤餅……,我哋就想試試個黑松露烤餅,因為見佢唔貴,只賣$28。

烤餅之上見到點點黑松露醬,下嘅份量唔多,但仍散發出點點幽香。先淨食,烤餅依然入口外脆內韌,而松露味屬隱約含蓄,不過,之後沾上咖喱就明顯會冚咗,所以,如果點依款烤餅,小弟覺得一啖烤餅,就一啖羊肉或什菜,唔好直接沾上咖喱。

芒果拉昔

當然講嘅唔喺美式雪糕加落牛奶度嘅奶昔啦,印度嘅芒果拉昔(Mango Lassi)喺頗出名嘅特飲,單單只用鮮芒果肉跟乳酪打成,芒果味香濃,滲出乳酪嘅酸香,味道討好,甜與酸都夠平衡。不過,加咗冰,飲到尾段會走樣。

羅勒做嘅咖喱真喺確有一手,如果唔喺都唔會連碟底嘅汁都撈埋,再者,難得貴為米芝蓮推介嘅餐廳,定價都仍然好親民,就算主餐牌散點菜式,亦都唔貴!
