同朋友聚餐,從未試過食法國菜。今日係我人生嘅第一次,好有新鮮感!Le Bistro Restaurant位於灣仔莊士敦道,店內職員好有禮貌用廣東話招呼我哋,店內酒架擺滿靚酒,排得好整齊,好吸引👍無論點了什麼餐,職員都免費送上麵包一客,麵包邊相當脆,包身軟綿綿,合桃夠香口,提子少少甜,非常配合,搽埋牛油更好味😋😋前菜:PERFECT EGG $128煮法好特別,似湯但又唔稠,湯夠厚滑,加埋溫泉蛋、甜粟、蘑菇、黑松露片,食落好有層次感👏😋 沙律:Organic Green Salad $68沙律菜好新鮮,片片青綠色,生果有夠酸嘅青蘋果,細細粒嘅洋蔥粒,加埋沙律醋,食落非常開胃😋😋 酒:House Wine $108朋友想飲酒,但又怕飲醉,問職員有什麼辦法,職員話唔需要叫一支,可選擇一杯,最後叫了一杯凍涼House Wine,酒夠淸,易入口,份量適中。主菜叫了兩款(1)PITHIVIER OF PIGEON And Foie Gras 鵝肝乳鴿千層酥皮 $388法國傳統煮法是不會將肉煮到全熟。酥皮包住鵝肝同埋五成熟嘅乳鴿,切開層次分明,酥皮依然夠脆唔腍,全靠中間用了一塊cabbage將酥皮及

法國傳統煮法是不會將肉煮到全熟。酥皮包住鵝肝同埋五成熟嘅乳鴿,切開層次分明,酥皮依然夠脆唔腍,全靠中間用了一塊cabbage將酥皮及肉分隔開,酥皮鵝肝夠香口,乳鴿肉夠嫰又多汁👍

無骨、無皮㗎雞肉卷成一圈圈,加埋甜粟、黑松露片,食落又香口又健康😋

甜品:TARTE TATIN $118
法式蘋果撻,大大塊香甜蘋果肉,剛剛焗起熱辣辣,令到中間嘅vanilla雪糕溶得極快,要同時間競賽,蘋果肉好甜,雪糕好好味,但份量如果可以多一些更加完美😄🤪👍
