To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次是我第一次寫評語,估不到需要俾劣評。事緣我今早去「湯加」依間分店食早餐,我叫左19號「沙茶牛肉煎焗流心蛋公仔麵」。但見近lunch,不如加多個厚多士當食埋午餐。當準備埋單時,我望到我張枱的打印單厚多士是加$6 (餐牌上是放在$4後面)。我跟收銀職員查詢,佢竟然答總之現在部機寫收$6就係要收依個價錢。我話要投訴,要影低相,佢話你影lor,態度差到..........。其實係好明顯間餐廳係更改左添加厚多士的價錢(由原本$4,加到$6 ),但係佢又無作出指示或記號將此食品指清楚去$6嗰度,佢只係塗左個「或」字就算,混淆視聽。正常客人會根據佢下-行「價錢在前面,食物在後邊」嘅原則去認為厚多士都只係$4。(佢依個做法在餐牌的其他版面是這樣處理,非常普遍)又或者落單時同顧客講聲有依個更改(厚多士已變了加$6),咁就不用有爭辯。我今次豪俾依$2俾佢,不過不會再去依間餐廳所有分店。
