今日同事提議到新星飲茶,到埗後由同事落單很快便有得食。牛肉包:味道好淡,完全食唔到牛肉味,但個皮就做得唔錯。流沙包:我無食,但同事評價不錯。炸春卷:新鮮炸起,唔太油又夠脆,餡料味道亦唔錯。鮮蝦腐皮卷:又係新鮮炸起,唔太油又夠脆,餡料食到幾隻蝦而味道亦唔錯。叉燒腸粉:普普通通,唔係好特別。鮮蝦菠菜餃:普普通通。同蝦餃好似,但蝦餃好食一點。蒸蘿蔔糕:食到粒粒蘿蔔而味道亦不錯。燒賣:有蝦而沒有太多豬肉,比例及水準亦是不錯。煎蘿蔔糕:跟蒸蘿蔔糕差不多。雪菜肉絲炆米:味道不錯又王不太油膩。蒸鳳爪:汁味濃郁,雖然好味但比較油膩。杞子桂花糕:我無食,同事評價桂花味香不錯。酒樓環境唔錯,食物水準亦不差但部分應該加有味精,食後回到公司感覺口渴。五人埋單每位只需要HK$55,萛是一個不錯的選擇。
